"SMART VILLAGE” is an integrated and integrated sustainable development program carried out by Mukhopadhyay Foundation in the poorest village surrounding Siliguri.It aims to permanently solve the problem of water, food, energy, education and income.All the following project will be establish in village: 
In addition Smart Villages Project; It covers subjects such as providing water to every house 24 hours a day by using renewable energy, establishing an agricultural garden and irrigation system, seed support, seed banking and sustainable agriculture training, providing 15 hours of energy to each home per day.
